As is customary in the Attis family of Wineries and Vineyards, tradition is imposed throughout the process of creating this barrel-aged wine. The grapes with which this broth is made, all of them autochthonous reds from this area of the Galician Rías Baixas, come from the El Molino estate, a plot that pays tribute to the previous generations of the family, who were dedicated to the mill.

Sitta Finca el Molinero is a wine with ideal acidity notes, which combines perfectly with its sweet, fresh and elegant aromas and flavors. It is a red wine aged for 12 months in French oak barrels of 500 liters and clarified with sea water, which gives it that touch so typical of these lands bathed by the Atlantic.

The most appropriate accompaniment for Sitta El Molinero is duck foie gras, white meats or oily fish.
