Alcohol: 11,5% Alcohol by Volume. Contains Sulfites

Colour: Elegant straw yellow with a steely glare. The bubbles are fine and powerful, forming a continuous crown and rosaries.

Nose: is complex, with aroma of fruits (banana, apple) and the ones from the expedition liqueur.

Palate: In the mouth it has a large and well-structured body, where the bubbles are very well integrated. The acidity and sugar make a perfect match, with a
balanced and powerful cava.

Serving temperature: 6/8º C.

Highly recommended as an aperitif, it is an exquisite companion of good prosciutto, caviar and foie. Perfect for tasting with soft cheese, rice, fish and desserts.
