The Land-Sea (Tierra-Mar) pack W 03 includes: an UNDERWATER bottle and a TERRESTRIAL bottle to be able to make a comparative tasting between the wine that has made its aging in bottle under the sea and its brother that has made its aging in bottle in the cellar.

Winemaking
To achieve maximum expression of the skin part of the must is cold macerated with skin for a day. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Three months of aging on lees for 3 months.
Underwater Ageing
After barrel aging, the wine is bottled and immersed at a depth of 24 meters for 9 months. Underwater hoarding is carried out in the Mediterranean Sea in Alicante.
