Only 100 underwater bottles. The bottles are tied to a mussel tray in the Rías Baixas, and submerged between 5 and 10 meters deep where the bottles rest for 3 months. This means that, due to the movement of the sea, the yeasts of the beer are in suspension, so something like a third fermentation takes place. Thanks to this, beer is more unctuous and softer than the earthly beer.

This comparison pack is specially created so that you can check the nuances that the Rías Baixas bring to Galician craft beer. The hops used to make this beer are Summit, Citra, Centennial and Cascade.

The bottles may contain traces of marine life.

What is Hugo & Manolo beer like?

Its style is Galician Witbier (from organic wheat), with a 4.9% alcohol and an IBUS or bitterness of 25 out of 100.

Hugo & Manolo vegan beer is made with sea water extracted from the heart of the Rías Baixas. This is an edition with which you will be helping the rescue and care of dogs, since part of the purchase money is donated to the dog shelter “Las Muy Perras”.
