If you have tried one of our underwater wines, why not now dare with beer? We present this pack of 4 bottles of 33 cl. with 2 bottles of Mustache Lager of Sea Water, and another 2 bottles of the same beer submerged for three months under the waters of the Rías Baixas. Take advantage of this limited edition, because we only have 100 underwater bottles.

The bottles may contain traces of marine life.

The bottles are tied to a mussel tray in the Rías Baixas, and submerged between 5 and 10 meters deep, where the bottles rest for 3 months.

We have created this pack especially so that you can check what exactly the sea brings to the craft beer of Galicia.

What does the sea bring to beer?

The bottles, being tied to a mussel tray, take advantage of the constant movement of the sea to swing them and keep the yeasts in suspension at all times. This makes the yeast surface more exposed and performs a kind of third fermentation. A maturation that is noticeable in the carbonic (softens it) and gives it unctuousness. It is a process that is based on the batonnage of champagne.

Features of sea beer

It is a Vegan, Gluten-free beer in the Galician Pilsner style that has an alcohol content of 4.7% and an IBUS (international bitterness unit) of 22 points out of 100. This beer is brewed with Pilsen malt and Vienna malt, and with Magnum hops and Saaz hops.
