Ageing: in new French-oak casks
Winemaking:
After manual selection of the best grapes, gentle pressing and careful débourbage, the must ferments in new French-oak casks in contact with the lees for a few months, with weekly lees stirring so that these remain in suspension, protecting the wine from oxidation and increasing its roundness in the mouth. Finally, it is fined, filtered and bottled with no prior cold stabilization treatments.
Taste:
Colour: A bright, clean ''new gold'' yellow colour, with glints revealing its youthfulness.
Aromas: For starters, intense passion fruit and pear aromas. These gain in intensity in the glass, with reminders of lemon cream, grapefruit and a faint hint of fresh herbs such as sage, basil…
Mouth: Pleasant attack, full of fruit flavours which recall those on the nose. In the mouth, soft and smooth with a fresh, long finish and a reminder of fresh aromatic herbs.
