Product Information

Variety: 90% Tempranillo 10% Graciano

Ageing: 2,5 years in American (40%) & French (60%) oak & 3 years in bottle.

Winemaking:

Produced from a coupage of 90% Tempranillo and 10% Graciano from our best and oldest vineyards. After fermenting at a low temperature to preserve the fruit aromas, it has spent 2 and a half years in American (40%) and French (60%) oak casks and over 3 further years maturing in the bottle cellar of our Bodega.

Taste:

Colour: Garnet colour, high depth and little sign of evolution.

Aromas: Holding the glass still is intense, with nuances of elderflower, honeycomb and honey, accompanied by lavender nuances. When swirled in the glass we find Mediterranean flower scents and even bay leaves together with dark chocolate, ginger and black tea reminders.

Mouth: Powerful and voluptuous in the attack, it immediately fills the palate with flavours that we have smelled before, like bay leaves. All accompanied by well integrated, friendly and tasty tannins. Intense aftertaste, red fruits flavours emerge giving long life to this wine.
