Winemaking Of Vega Vella Graciano

The Vega Vella Graciano wine from Bodegas Cornelio Dinastía comes from organic farming from the winery’s own vineyards located in the Eastern Rioja. A fertile soil of silts and clays low productivity land, with a steep slope of alluvium with boulders, ideal for wines with a long journey.

It is made with a very special grape, Graciano, an indigenous variety of Rioja. The bunches are collected manually. Then the selection of bunches is carried out. To finish the winemaking, it is aged for 14 months in new French oak barrels and 10 months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes Of Vega Vella Graciano

The Vega Vella Graciano wine stands out for its intense cherry cherry color with a deep, clean and bright layer. On the nose you will enjoy aromas of ripe black fruit, currant, blackberry, blueberry, spicy touches such as black pepper, roasted and coffee. In the mouth it is a powerful wine with marked tannin in which the barrel can be appreciated in addition to the ripe fruit and spicy touches.
