Winemaking Of Vega Vella Rose
The Vega Vella Rosado wine, from Bodegas Cornelio Dinastía, is made 100% with Grenache grapes. The vineyards from which the grapes come are winery´s own vineyards, with soil of silts and clays of organic agriculture, treated with natural products. The climate of these vineyards is Mediterranean and they have an average annual rainfall of 450 liters per square meter.
The Vega Vella Rosado wine is made with a cold maceration of the must together with the skins between 18 and 24 hours. Subsequently, an extraction is carried out for fermentation at around 18ºC, allowing the yeasts to respect the aromatic nature of the variety. After the alcoholic fermentation, a prolonged maceration is made on thin lees. This is how a fresh, aromatic wine is obtained, a little carbonic from the maceration itself, which gives us aroma, mild freshness, velvety flavor and produce endless ethereal sensations, which relax our spirit and soul.
The graduation of Vega Vella Rose is 13.5% Vol.
It is recommended to serve at 6-7 ºC

The Vega Vella Rose wine stands out for its bright and clean pink color.
You can see intense red fruits, such as cherries and blueberries, wild strawberries and raspberries, which show a certain acidity while ripening. Floral and herbaceous notes that, together with traces of carbonaceous, offer great freshness.
Balanced and fresh entrance in the mouth with acidic and herbaceous notes that provide a prolonged and pleasant aftertaste.

The pairing of Vega Vella Rosé is recommended with medium-structured dishes, vegetables with creamy sensations, vegetables, snacks, pasta, soft cheeses, white meats and fatty fish.
