GRAPE VARIETY: 60 Verdejo% 40% Hondarribi Zuri (Txakoli), very unusual coupage

VISUAL PROFILE: Golden yellow with greenish reminiscences. Bright, very clean and bright. Very attractive color.

AROMATIC PROFILE: Very intense, bringing each of the two varieties its most representative aromas. It has a mineral profile with memories of peach and plum. In addition to tropical fruit aromas, such as pineapple or passion fruit. All this accompanied by a slight floral aroma.

TASTING PROFILE: In the mouth it is a wide wine, with well balanced acidity, freshness and very unctuous tactilely speaking. In retronasal the aromas of tropical fruit appear again but also shows a super pleasant bitter finish, due to the mineral profile.
