Viña Ijalba White Tempranillo

Tempranillo Blanco is the result of the natural mutation of red Tempranillo that was discovered in Rioja in 1988. Viña Ijalba Tempranillo Blanco is the first wine in the world made entirely with Tempranillo Blanco. Viña Ijalba Tempranillo Blanco is a very floral wine, with tropical notes, very fresh and has a very long flavor. It pairs perfectly with seafood and oily fish.

The grapes of white Tempranillo are harvested in a single vineyard with organic production. Under the Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin, this organic white is cold-pressed for 10 hours, then fermented 85% in Concrete and 15% in American oak barrels, then aged for 3 months on its fine lees. It has 13.0% alcohol; 80 mg/l total sulfurous.
