33% Viura, 42% Sauvignon Blanc & 25% Chardonnay
Meticulous winemaking in small batches of each grape varieties separately.
After destemming, the grapes are cold macerated during 36 hours.
The “free run juice” is bleeding-off
Soft Alcoholic Fermentation at controlled temperature in new French Oak of very tight grain from Tronçais.
Aging 7 months in the same barrels with the regular “batonage with it lees.
Finally, each grape variety is assembled.
Limited Production: 24 barrels.
Bright and intense yellow straw colored.
Intense, deep, subtle and frank aroma of quince, pineapple, citrus, pear and apricots, mellow toffes and biscuit on the background. Oak aromas are very well integrated with the fruit, giving us very fine and elegant nose.
On the mouth is sweet, creamy and voluminous. It shows us a great freshness, with great fullness and roundness sensations. Broad, long, persistent and pleasant aftertaste.
Alcohol: 13.50%, Total Acidity: 5.80 g/l (Ac. Tartárico), Reducing Sugar: 3.0 gr/l., Temperature Recommended: 8-10ºC
