Own vineyard located in Entrena between 550 and 610 m. high.
Orientation predominantly Northeast.
Tertiary soils with a predominance of clay and many typical glacis stones such as lutites, loams and sandstones. Manual harvest between 6 and 13 October in 200kg containers.

Made with the flor must of magnificent tempraniilo and Garnacha grapes harvested by hand and in boxes with a 16-hour film maceration and traditional fermentation by indigenous yeasts at low temperature for 40 hours.
The wine has a cherry red color of medium layer with aromas of strawberry, raspberry and fresh cherry. On the palate it is dry, tasty and structured, with layers of taste, an excellent concentration and a long finish.
Ideal wine for fine Italian cuisine, for rice, for some fish, for soft cheeses…
