Winemaking Of Vega Vella Blanco

The Vega Vella Blanco wine, from Bodegas Cornelio Dinastía, is a perfect coupage of Sauvignon Blanc and White Grenache.  The vineyards is a fertile soil, of silts and clays of organic agriculture, in a field of low production, treated with natural products. These vineyards live in a Mediterranean climate with an average annual rainfall of 450 liters per square meter.

The grape harvest that will be transformed into White Vega Vella is done manually. The extraction of the must is carried out after cold maceration together with the skins. Afterwards, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16ºC to safeguard the varietal aromas.

Its alcoholic strength is 13.0% Vol.

Tasting Notes Of Vega Vella Blanco

Vega Vella White wine stands out for its greenish-yellow, clean and bright color. On the nose it has aromas of tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, kiwi and a mixture of citrus fruits, such as lime and grapefruit. Aromas of green fruit and herbaceous touches that give way to a certain mineral character.

Its entrance is fresh and powerful in the mouth, which enhances the citrus and mineral flavors. It has a pleasant acidity provided by sauvignon blanc, in addition to the creaminess that gives white Grenache.

Pairing Of This White Vega Vella

We invite you to pair Vega Vella Blanco with white fish and seafood, dishes of little structure, rice dishes, pasta and potatoes.

It is recommended to serve it between 8-10 ºC
