El Celler de les Aus is a pioneer winery in the production of natural wines. A range of broths created from the respect for the raw material, without the addition of sulfites, and with an excellent quality.

El Celler de les Aus is a winery specialized in the production of natural wines located in the province of Barcelona. It is a project that was born in 2015 and belongs to the Alta Alella family wineries, one of the first in Spain in terms of the production of organic wines.
The experience of more than 40 years in the sector of organic viticulture, led Alta Alella to create the first winery dedicated exclusively to the production of natural wines. This is how el Celler de les Aus was born, a workspace based entirely on sustainability and respect for the environment.
The winery itself is built from recycled materials, leaving in mind the basic principle by which all the work of the Celler de les AUS is governed: ecology.
Each of the wines produced in the Celler de les Aus follows the rules for the production of natural wines. From the care work in the field to the work in the premises of the winery, the ecological processes that ensure the naturalness of the wine and its high quality are respected.
The winery has four hectares of vineyards dedicated entirely to the production of natural wines. The variety Xarel·lo is mainly grown (with an extension of three hectares), although there are also plots dedicated to the Xarel·lo rose and the Monastrell.
During the production process no sulphites or any other additives are added to the Celler de les Aus wines, which in part gives them their qualification as natural wines.
The name of each of the products of the Celler de les Aus pays tribute to the biodiversity of the area in which the winery is based. Its wines are named after the different species of birds that inhabit the Sierra de Marina Natural Park.
The winery has two collections, one of them focused on natural wines with Designation of Origin Alella and the other on natural cavas, being pioneers in the production of these natural sparkling wines with Designation of Origin Cava.
