Dalila Gold Wines is an exclusive wine brand that specializes in the creation of prestigious sparkling wines made from the selection of the best grapes from its vineyards and in which 24-carat gold particles are incorporated.

It is a brand based in the town of Utiel (Valencia) that was born from the hand of the winemaker Israel Martínez Ramón. He has extensive experience in different wineries in the area, where he acquired a wealth of knowledge about all the processes of making wines. Thanks to this, in 2017 it was decided to create its own brand of sparkling wines.

The idea of Israel was to produce unique wines that differ from the rest of the sector thanks to their personality and, above all, their exclusivity. To achieve this, it has the collaboration of Bodegas Toledo, located in the province that bears his name.

The vineyards of this winery are characterized by their limestone soils and mountainous climate, conditions that make ideal the cultivation of the chardonnay variety, with which the wines of Delilah Gold Wines are made.

The selection of the best grapes, together with the delicate processes of wine making in which constancy and respect for the raw material prevail, make it possible to obtain a final product of maximum quality and with unique properties.

Prestigious sparkling wine with gold particles

This is how the Jewels of Delilah was born, a sparkling wine made with the best Chardonnay grapes in which 24 carat gold particles are also included.

The Jewels of Delilah is a prestigious collection of sparkling chardonnay aged for 30 months, which is composed of only 300 bottles. These exclusive wines stand out for their aromas and flavors reminiscent of fruits and honey. But above all, they are characterized by their powerful yellow tone adorned by the golden reflections provided by the gold particles.

It is an elegant and very fine bubble broth, which catches all palates and is ideal to take on special occasions.
